Pamela Meyer, CEO
Pamela Meyer is the founder and CEO of Simpatico Networks. She has over 20 years experience successfully managing media businesses. Her company, Manhattan Studios, which incubated Simpatico Networks is a well known Internet management boutique that specializes in raising capital, structuring joint ventures and overseeing new product development and launches for top management of major media enterprises. She has worked with Prodigy, Bertelsmann, Microsoft, Liberate and many others in this capacity. Before starting Manhattan Studios, Ms. Meyer was previously Vice President, Program Enterprises Division for National Geographic Television where she oversaw the organization's entry into video on demand, interactive media and feature film development. In the early 1990's, she was instrumental in the founding of Electronic Arts' Edutainment Studio and worked with a number of maverick interactive game producers and distributors to create some of the industry's first interactive entertainment. Prior to that, she worked for many years in the feature film business as Managing Director, International Feature Films at Vestron. She has an extensive network of global media partners in the broadcast and Internet arenas.
Ms Meyer has a long history of involvement in media equity and access issues, first as the founder of the California Community TV Network, a network of full service non-commercial TV stations programmed by and for low income residents, and more recently as Director, Media, Arts and Culture at the Ford Foundation where she managed the Foundation's division responsible for philanthropic investments in arts and media content, infrastructure and public policy.
Ms Meyer holds an MBA from Harvard, and a Masters in Public Policy from Claremont Graduate School, which she attended as a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs.

Randy Schain, CFO
Randy has over 20 years of financial management experience with technology and financial service concerns, and specializes in pre-IPO management and reporting. Most recently he was President of Hanover Square Associates, a leading enterprise application integrator for money-center banks. Prior to that he was a general partner in Hanover Capital Partners, was head of U.S. Investment for Great Pacific Capital, and was an associate at SB Lewis and company. He joined the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley prior to that, where he specialized in banking and computer software. He holds a BA Phi Beta Kappa as well as an MBA from UC Berkeley and is an internationally ranked chess player.

Mubashar Iqbal, Lead Developer
Mubashar is an expert in designing and developing high-end Internet applications and managing Internet development teams. He is well known and respected in the Internet arena, with 10 years of professional experience with web database development, software engineering, data modeling, object-oriented programming, e-commerce, content management, and web application design. Formerly CTO at Money.net, and VP Technology at APB Online, lead developer Oracle, Fox and numerous Internet start ups, Mubashar has overseen highly complex integrations that range from complex realtime streaming data systems, to basic transitions to and from open source platforms.

Richard Smoley, Chief Content Editor
Richard is one of the world's foremost experts on religion and spirituality and has served as chief content editor for Simpatico Networks' religion vertical since its inception. With degrees from Harvard and Oxford, and numerous highly acclaimed books on all religions traditions, he is a frequent speaker and columnist on religious issues, and works closely with academics from throughout the religious studies arena. His most recent books, "Inner Christianity" and "Hidden Wisdom: A guide to the Western Inner Traditions" were lauded by critics nationwide as significant intellectual contributions as well as publishing successes. He specializes in translating complicated spiritual content into everyday language for the average consumer.

Mike Chapman, Director, Private Label Solutions
Mike brings over 10 years experience designing targeted, web-based, global
intelligence products on a private label basis for the management teams of
Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. As former Executive Producer and
Editor-in-Chief of The Economist Group's global business division, Mike
brings years of corporate strategy experience and well as hundreds of
successful product launches to Simpatico Networks' private label clients. A
published writer and editor, he has a Masters in Economics from University
of London and a special expertise in database publishing systems.

Joop Koopman, Affilliate Director
Joop has 25 years experience in targeted niche media and extensive editorial
and business experience overseeing print, online, as well as video and
television media platforms. He brings a specialty in Catholic media to
Simpatico Networks, having served most recently as Editor-in-Chief &
Associate Publisher of Catholic Digest, the nation's largest Catholic
publication. He oversaw development of legendary cable television pioneer
Charles Dolan's digital television network, American Catholic, edited the
National Catholic Register, and has worked, as well, with a number of well
known Catholic charities to expand their reach.

Min Kyung Seo, Design Director
Well known art director Min Kyung brings over 6 years experience designing
award winning networking and community sites having started out at Dorling
Kindersly, and subsequently working as Head Designer at Community Connect,
home to Asian Avenue, Black Planet and other well known niche community
networking sites. With a Yahoo Internet Life Magazine award for best
website, winner of the Pratt Circle Award for Achievement at her alma mater,
Pratt Institute, and numerous other design awards under her belt, Min Kyung
can count over 15,000 pages of expert, elegant design in her portfolio which
includes jobs with top agency, Tipton and Maglione, Rockstar Games Inc, xilokit llc. and
others.

Averia Gaskin, Outreach Manager
Lauded as one of the country's foremost leaders in Christian college community, Averia Gaskin is an award winning graduate of Temple University where she was instrumental in managing operations for Campus Crusade for Christ, Soldiers for Christ, Kingdom Kids Bible Club and Angel Tree, a non profit ministry that donates toys to children in need. An expert on the Christian rock market, and on the Christian and Catholic youth markets, Averia manages outreach and online marketing efforts for the Simpatico Networks flagship Christian and Catholic sites, and also manages office administration internally.
